On February 4-5, 2025, PT Panasonic Industrial Devices Batam, in collaboration with P2SDM, conducted the Best Employee Program to enhance employees' leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. Feedback highlighted how the program boosted self-confidence, improved teamwork, and provided practical leadership strategies. Many participants expressed enthusiasm for future training sessions to further develop their skills.
