Empowering Women: P2SDM Celebrates International Women's Day with PT Phillips Batam

On March 14, 2025, P2SDM partnered with PT Phillips Industries Batam to commemorate International Women's Day by conducting an empowering seminar focused on the theme "Empowering Women: Strengthening Mental Health, Reproductive Rights, and Legal Protection." This initiative aimed to provide female employees of PT Phillips Batam with valuable knowledge, skills, and inspiration to maximize their potential in both their professional and personal lives.

The seminar served as a platform for women to share experiences and strategies for navigating life and career challenges. P2SDM's objective was to empower participants by addressing key aspects of well-being and support systems.

The 2.5 hours training session was held at PT Phillips Batam. The event's agenda included opening remarks and introductions, an ice breaking session by Hetty Irawati Nainggolan to foster engagement, a comprehensive material presentation followed by an interactive QnA segment, closing, and photo session. Rio Ajie Nugroho served as the Master of Ceremonies for the event. The participants comprised of female employees from PT Phillips Industries Batam.

The seminar successfully provided a platform for learning, sharing, and empowerment. Participants gained valuable insights and tools to enhance their personal and professional growth.
