To celebrate International Women's Day, PT Citra Tubindo, in collaboration with P2SDM, was organizing a special training program aimed at empowering women in the workplace. This initiative was designed to enhance confidence, skills, and mental agility, equipping women to thrive in a professional environment.

This program seeks to foster a deep awareness of women's equality and empowerment, develop confidence and resilience in professional settings, and equip participants with practical skills to navigate workplace challenges.

The training was delivered in three interactive sessions:

Session 1 (Offline - Batam): Building Confidence & Skills at Work
Session 2 (Online): Building Confidence with Mental Agility in a Challenging Era
Session 3 (Offline - Jakarta): Building Confidence & Skills at Work
