Elevating HR Excellence Through RCC Certification
On February 8, 2025, PT CCI Bintan, in collaboration with P2SDM, hosted the Recognition of Current Competency (RCC) Program for Human Resources (HR) Managers. This program was designed to provide HR professionals with the formal recognition of their existing competencies, aligning with BNSP certification standards to enhance their professional credibility.

Program Objectives
The RCC program aimed to (1) access and validate HR managerial competencies based on SKKNI (Indonesian National Work Competency Standards); (2) provide HR managers with sustainable certification to support career advancement; (3) strengthen HR function within organizations through competency-based assessment; (4) ensure participants understand and apply critical HR competencies, including job analysis, recruitment, selection, and HR standards operating procedures (SOP)s. 

Training Approach
Participants underwent a structured evaluation process, consisting of (1) Competency Unit Assessment based on SKKNI standards; (2) interview and portfolio review to verify professional expertise; and (3) guided mentoring and feedback from certified assessors. 

Recognizing and Strengthening HR Leadership
By participating in this program, HR managers received official recognition of their expertise, ensuring they remain competitive and competent in the ever-evolving field of human resource management. This training also ensured HR professionals can develop structured HR policies and procedures, contributing to organizational efficiency and compliance.
