Training of Trainers (ToT): Effective Presentation Skills

On March 1, 2025, PT Rubycon Indonesia, in collaboration with P2SDM, conducted a Training of Trainers (ToT), entitled Effective Presentation Skills program. This training was designed to equip internal trainers with essential skills to effectively transfer knowledge, improve communication, and engage employees in training sessions.

This ToT program aimed to:

• Develop confidence and competence in delivering presentations.

• Enhance communication skills to engage different audiences.

• Teach participants how to use virtual aids and structured presentation methods.

• Provide practical experience through micro-teaching sessions.

The training followed a 70% theory and 30% practice approach, incorporating lectures on audience analysis and effective communication, hands-on activities, role-playing, and micro-teaching exercises, case studies, and discussions to reinforce learning.

The Pre-Test and Post-Test results showed a 51.59% improvement in presentation and training skills. Participants highlighted how the program boosted their confidence, improved content delivery, and provided valuable strategies for conducting training. Many expressed interest in further coaching sessions to refine their skills.
